Congratulations to all the event performers. Wonderful job done by all the hard working stage managers, lighting and sound people. The webmistress's happy snaps are gradually going up.

CONDOLENCES - A SAD NOTE

Co-founder of AMED, Maria Masselos, paid tribute in her address at Extravaganza to dancers and connections who have passed in recent times. Our condolences go to their family and friends.

VALERIE ISABEL BUNTINE
The Buntine family mourn the passing of Susan Buntine's lovely Mum, Valerie Isabel Buntine, who passed peacefully in St Vincents Hospice (formerly Mt Olivett). Val would often be seen at AMED functions over the years supporting Susan and her grandsons Jordan and Callum. Val's Funeral and wake will be held Monday 6th September at 10am at St Andrew's Anglican Church in South Brisbane.



DR DAPHNE ("Usha") HARBER
Dr Daphne ("Usha") Harber lost her brave 6 year battle with cancer -- please read her daughter Kiley's tribute and details regarding a Celebration of Daphne's life, which will be held at Buderim Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Gardens Monday 6th September at 11am. A party will follow at "The Palace" Maroochydore and there's a special request for attendees to wear bright clothing.

Due to circumstances beyond her control Susan Buntine's previous site disappeared - however a new site is under construction where Susan will have a lot of the material that was available on the old site. Currently there is a holding page with contact info - Please bookmark, and watch that space!
